When creating new products, the close cooperation between Research & Development, Product Management and Production is an important prerequisite for speed and flexibility. This is also reflected in our capacity for innovation. Full documentation and compliance with current EU Directives and the EC Regulation on cosmetic products are a matter of course for us.

We are constantly investing in the modernisation of our equipment in order to keep our production lines up to date with the latest standards. Keeping up to date with technology means saving time and energy with state-of-the-art processes and machinery and therefore working more efficiently.

Our supply chain management team controls the entire production process, ensuring that the filling lines are used to full capacity and that packaging materials and bulk goods are supplied on time.

We offer the following:

• Modern machinery for filling and for the production of bottles, tubes and jars, etc. (in all sizes)
• Own supply chain management for production planning, scheduling and sales projection

Our Quality Control section monitors the processes along the entire value added chain. It ensures that the only products which leave the sites are those which meet the requirements of our customers in every respect, because consistent quality can only be achieved with high production and hygiene standards.

We safeguard the quality of our processes by conducting regular internal and external audits and through the consistent application of GMP for cosmetic products (Good Manufacturing Practice) with reference to DIN EN ISO 22716 in accordance with the EC Regulation on cosmetic products. Packaging materials, raw materials, semi-finished articles and the finished products are inspected for flawless quality and tested in respect of their intended use and durability. A computer-controlled quality management system enables us to react swiftly and without unnecessary complications. We guarantee full batch traceability for each individual process step, from the delivery of the source materials all the way to the end products.

These are the measures which we have put in place to safeguard our quality standards:

• Inspection and documentation of packaging and raw materials on receipt
• Microbiological and analytical testing of raw materials, bulk goods and finished products
• Regular hygiene checks and monitoring of compliance with hygiene regulations

Our service does not finish at the end of the product filling line. As a customer you can be sure that your products will be professionally stored and delivered on a just-in-time basis. We have long-standing business relationships with our transport logistics partners and attach great importance to reliability and a low carbon footprint.
