MANN & SCHRÖDER COSMETICS is well ahead of the pack with the pacesetters in the ranking of the best training companies in Germany.

In 2018 MANN & SCHRÖDER COSMETICS received not just one but three awards for being one of the best training companies in Germany. The company was rated best in test in the “Care and Cosmetics Products” sector in the survey of “Germany's Best Training Companies 2018” conducted by Focus and Focus Money in March 2018. Five months later, in August 2018, MANN & SCHRÖDER COSMETICS received the LEADING EMPLOYERS training award. “You are ranked in the top 1% of German training companies – across all sectors, company sizes and organisational forms,” read the letter of congratulations. And that must mean something. After all, tens of thousands of training companies were scrutinised in this survey.

The business magazine Capital awarded MANN & SCHRÖDER COSMETICS four out of five stars for the second time in November 2018. This puts the cosmetics manufacturer among the top 500 training companies in the whole of Germany. “These awards reflect the high quality of training in our company,” said personnel manager Alexandra Fischer, clearly delighted at the multiple achievements, “and they are also an incentive for all of us to sustain this level of success.”
