Onboarding at M&S COSMETICS GROUP
26 trainees and dual students start on 2 September
On September 2, 15 trainees and 11 dual students began their professional careers at the MANN & SCHRÖDER COSMETICS GROUP.
During a three-day onboarding program, the new trainees and dualis were able to get to know each other, make contacts with the higher training cohorts and gain first impressions of their new working environment.
"With onboarding, we offer a framework in which the newcomers can network with each other as well as with the higher cohorts and trainers from day one. We attach great importance to the fact that the trainees and dualis get off to a good start in their professional lives and feel that they are in good hands and comfortable in our company," says Head of Human Resources Alexandra Fischer, explaining the purpose of the onboarding, which goes far beyond just imparting knowledge.
The onboarding program at MANN & SCHRÖDER COSMETICS offers the new trainees and dual students a comprehensive introduction to the company. The young trainees receive valuable information and training on topics such as data protection, occupational safety and the course of their training. The programme will be rounded off by fun activities such as a brain fit workshop with the Barmer Ersatzkasse, table tennis and a Q&A session with the management.
After the three onboarding days, the trainees and dualis then went to the respective departments, which are spread across all areas of the company: administration, sales, IT, production, logistics, technology and laboratory. There they were already awaited by their new colleagues and were able to start highly motivated right away.
