DHBW Gold Partner

The dual course of study has been a genuine success story for MANN & SCHRÖDER COSMETICS for years. Many students have completed their dual course of study in business studies, information technology, industrial engineering and business administration, and mechanical engineering at MANN & SCHRÖDER COSMETICS since 2000. “The combination of theory and practice allows the students to apply what they have learned in the company. This facilitates access, opens the door to many areas and provides a fast track to real career opportunities,” said Heike Aldinger of the human resources department who is responsible for training at MANN & SCHRÖDER COSMETICS.

The cooperation between MANN & SCHRÖDER COSMETICS and the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg - DHBW) was intensified in 2019, forging even closer links. MANN & SCHRÖDER COSMETICS has been supporting the STIFTUNG Pro DHBW Mosbach foundation financially since the beginning of the year and has been named a “Gold Partner” in recognition of its sponsorship. The foundation uses its funds to safeguard the existing standards and to promote the further development of the sandwich course system.

The “Gold Partner” award was presented by Director Gerhard Lauth (STIFTUNG Pro DHBW Mosbach) and the Principal of DHBW Mosbach Dr. Gabi Jeck-Schlottmann. The training supervisor Heike Aldinger and Alexander Graf of MANN & SCHRÖDER COSMETICS were delighted to hear about the award and were present when the company sign was added to the collection of sponsors on the Gold Partner board. “We would like to continue to support the dual course of studies in future and give young people the chance to combine theory with on-the-job skills training,” said Alexander Graf who teaches in the industrial engineering and business administration section.
